YOUR FIRST VISIT

PRE-SUGARING

1

MAKE A BOOKING

Click the ‘Make a booking’ button below and request your preferred time slot. Don’t forget to include your full name, email, and mobile number — missing details might delay your booking.

For multiple services, submit a separate request for each. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Confirm your booking via WhatsApp or by calling us at least 24 to 72 hours in advance.

Take note of our cancellation policy.

2

PREP YOUR SKIN

Make sure your hair is at least 3mm long (roughly the length of a jasmine rice grain) before your appointment.

Avoid trimming or shaving to ensure a thorough sugaring session. Avoid exfoliating three days before and after sugaring to keep your skin barrier intact. Take note of any open wounds or bruises beforehand.

3

TIME TO GET SWEET

Come to Sugar(ed) in loose, comfy clothing and ensure the areas to be sugared are free from lotion, oil, or makeup. If it’s your first time, arrive 5-10 minutes early for registration.

Running late? Let us know via call or text. We’ll try to hold your spot, but in case of back-to-back appointments, you may need to reschedule.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Sugar(ed) accepts payments via PayNow, NETS, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We no longer accept cash payments.

POST-SUGARING

1

AFTER SUGARING CARE

For at least 24 to 48 hours, avoid the following:

Heat: Skip tanning, hot baths/showers, and saunas. Give your pores time to close before exposing your skin to high temperatures.

Sports: Heavy sweating is a no-go after sugaring. It can clog pores with bacteria, sweat, and oils. Take this as your excuse to skip the gym or pool for the day!

Skin Irritants: Avoid scented products, massage oils, and deodorant (if you’ve had your underarms sugared).

2

AFTERCARE ESSENTIALS

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water and use natural, non-comedogenic skincare products.

Exfoliate: Wait 3-4 days post-sugaring and then exfoliate 1-2 times per week between appointments.

Regrowth: Keep an eye out for hairs trapped under dry or dead skin. If you’re prone to ingrowns, opt for more effective scrubs or moisturizers.

3

SCHEDULE YOUR NEXT SESSION

Book your next sugaring session early to target those hairs at their weakest and refine regrowth. As a general rule, sugaring every 4-5 weeks (for areas below the hips) helps promote permanent hair reduction.

Remember, regrowth varies. Your brows may regrow faster than other areas, so it’s best to monitor at your own pace.
