We handle payments via PayPal's secure payment gateway but you don't need a PayPal account to purchase using your credit card.

Please note that Sugar(ed) credits and discounts may only be used for in-store purchases and that promotions may differ.

Local delivery is $4 (free for orders above $100) and orders get dispatched 3-5 business days from purchase.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification from us containing your tracking number.

Clients who select the self-collection option can collect their package within 3 working days from the date of purchase.
Please note that self-collection is available only at Sugar(ed) River Valley. Should you require special arrangements, kindly drop us an e-mail.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, Sugar(ed) does not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased products.
For faulty or defective items, please contact us with details of the product fault and be sure to include your order number.
Should you have questions regarding the suitability of our products for your skin type, please consult a dermatologist or medical professional prior to making a purchase. Sugar(ed) accepts no responsibility or liability for any adverse reactions resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our products.
Sugar(ed) recommends doing a patch test if you’re using a product for the first time. Ingredients are listed for each item to help you identify which ones you may have existing sensitivities to.
